Super Visa

This type of Visa is valid for 10 years and allows the parents and grandparents of the citizens and permanent residents of Canada to stay here for up to two years at a time,  which is far more than the six months which a Visitor Visa allows you to stay for.  Medical exams and  medical insurance are among the requirements of  the application for this type of visa.  Furthermore, the child or the grandchild  who writes the invitation letter must meet the necessary income requirements.
