In order to be eligible for The Self-employed Persons Program,  you must:

• have relevant experience. This means, in at least 2 years over the last 5 years, you have taken part in cultural activities or athletics at a world-class level or
• get a minimum of 35 out of a total of 100 points based on IRCC’s five selection criteria and point system
• be willing and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada
