Selection is made on the basis of a selection grid, with points awarded on the basis of various selection factors and criteria. The assessment of your application will determine whether you obtain a sufficient number of points to be selected by Québec. At the minimum, you must have the following:

• Minimum Score of 50 and 59 for Those without and with spouse respectively at preliminary and selection test
• Minimum score of 43 and 52 for employability
• High school diploma
• an attestation of learning about democratic values and the Québec values (Also true for your spouse if they are over 16 and your dependent children if over 18)
