Newfoundland and Labrador
Newfoundland and Labrador sits on the easternmost edge of the country, meeting the Atlantic Ocean along with three other provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. As the name suggests, it comprises of two main parts: Newfoundland, an island in the Atlantic Ocean, home to 92% of its total population, and Labrador on mainland Canada. St. John is the capital of this province.
