The category is for those who graduated with a valid qualification from an eligible Canadian university or college within the last three years.

Eligibility

To qualify for this category, you must:

• have accepted a permanent full-time job offer from a B.C. employer in a NOC 0, NOC A, or NOC B occupation
• qualify to work in your occupation in B.C.
• have completed a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada in the past three years
• for NOC B occupations, CLB 4 in Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking in either English or French
