British Columbia
Home to more than 5 million people, British Columbia is considered to be the third most crowded province of Canada. It is situated at the westernmost corner of the country and meets Pacific Ocean and Rocky mountains on each side. To the north, it neighbours Yukon and the Northwest Territories, and is limited by the the province of Alberta to its east. It borders the American states of Washington, Idaho and Montana to the south and Alaska and Pacific Ocean to the west.
Although Victoria is named as the capital of this province, it is not its largest city. Vancouver, the third- largest Canadian metropolitan area, wins this title. Not only is it known to be one of the best cities to live due to its high standards of life, it is also among the most popular travel destinations because of its iconic nature, moderate climate and friendly people.
