Alberta
With almost 4 million people living in an area of 660,000 square kilometers, Alberta ranks fourth in population among Canadian provinces. It is surrounded by British Columbia, Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories and American state of Montana. Calgary and Edmonton are considered to be its most populous and vastest cities, being home to more than half of its total population.
The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is an economic immigration program that nominates people for permanent residence in Alberta. It has two streams for workers and two for entrepreneurs.
