To be eligible, you must:

• Be Legally in Québec as a temporary foreign worker or as part of a youth exchange program
• Have been employed full-time for at least 24 of the 36 months preceding the submission of your application and still hold that same job at the time of your application.
• Be at least 18.
• Obtain an attestation of learning about democratic values and the Québec values (Also true for your spouse if they are over 16 and your dependent children if over 18)
• Advanced intermediate French in oral French [7 (B2) in Listening and Speaking ]

Effective July 22 2021, spouses will have to demonstrate French “advanced beginner.” (Level 4)
