To be eligible, you must have at a minimum:

• 2 years of full-time work experience in a specified skilled trade (TEER 2 and 3) within the past 5 years
• A job offer or a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal authority
• CLB 5 in Listening and Speaking and CLB 4 in Reading and Writing in either English or French
